Educated at Henley, Harvard & Cambridge, her MBA focused on digital transformation and media product innovation across the BBC. In 2019, she completed a second Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology, specializing in neuroscience, culture management and organizational change in the technology industry.
A recognised diversity champion and ESG advocate for over 15 years, Saleha serves on the board of the World Conservation Monitoring Centre (WCMC) a UK registered charity. The UN Environmental Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC) is a specialist centre of biodiversity and nature’s contributions to society and the economy. She was awarded Harvard’s Disruptive Innovation & Strategy and Global Sustainable Business Strategy Certifications in 2022/2023.
